TALEX 3 Database Updates Cheaper than “TALEX 2”!
Because TALEX 3 automatically downloads the very latest TALEX Database each day, it needs a data sim card from a good, reputable provider.
We have to pay a monthly data cost for each device on the road.
When you adjust for inflation, the monthly cost of TALEX 3 is actually less than the original TALEX unit (which in 2008 was £3.95/month).
Today, using the Bank of England’s official inflation calculator (which I personally believe is extremely …uhem… conservative, £3.95 in 2007 was £5.52 in 2019.
So inflation adjusted, TALEX 3 has a cheaper monthly subscription than “TALEX 2”, despite having automatic updates! :-)
